Yes! Although, Purr-Packs™ is a subscription box service, your subscription can be canceled, paused or resumed at any time without penalty.
So, if you want to cancel future deliveries, no problem! Future deliveries can be canceled anytime.

HOWEVER, if a box has already shipped, it will STILL BE DELIVERED!!!!

Purr-Packs™ ships from Tennessee (FREE 7-10 day delivery) via UPS regular ground service (within the continental USA). Purr-Packs™ ships to all 50 states in the U.S. (However, Alaska and Hawaii require air delivery charges).

Billing: You are billed for your first box at the time of sign up. Afterwards, you will be placed on a regular billing and shipping cycle. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month, and All Purr-Pack™ subscription boxes ship on the 1st of each month.

If you ordered a one time Gift Pack, those ship the same or next business day.

Available Subscription Options: Subscription Packs are available in a variety of sizes and plans, allowing cat families to explore new products serendipitously, plus all the fun of sharing surprises with your kitties each month!

Is there a difference between the Purr-Packs™ gift deliveries and Purr-Packs™ for my own cats?

Yes! Although the Packs are mostly identical, Purr-Packs™ will dress up your gift Packs for the requested occasion, including festive shred-packing and a gift card with your personal message.

ALSO! Purr-Packs™ will sometimes include FREE BONUS ITEMS to their regular customers that are not included in their gift deliveries!
